Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and sometimes things don’t go to plan. Please feel free to always call or email if you are running behind and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

Late Policy

If you arrive late, your service could be limited due to others scheduled. However, we will still do our best to accommodate you.

No-Show Policy

Our provider’s time is valuable and the time we hold for your appointment could be used for someone else.

If you fail to cancel your appointment and do not notify the spa, you will be charged a $50 fee and will be unable to book in the future without a card on file.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for products or services.
