Charlie specializes in trigger point therapy and sports, deep tissue, and Swedish massage. He is also certified in Chinese cupping, hot stone massage, and reflexology. His passion for learning anatomy and kinesiology began when he played football and wanted to understand how the body functions when muscles are pushed to a physical limit, how the body heals after injury, and how to prevent injuries. His first experiences were with friends and athletes who suffered injuries and learned techniques to prevent them from happening again. After graduation he worked as a chiropractic assistant and massage therapist focused on rehabilitation therapy working with athletes and car accident injuries.
